POWERLIFTING PERFORMANCE
WEEKLY COACHING
OVERVIEW
Weekly coaching is our most popular service. It provides the most personalized, all-inclusive experience for you, to ensure you are put in the best position possible to succeed as a lifter.
WHATS INCLUDED?
• INITIAL CONTACT - Weekly coaching will begin with you filling out our coaching questionnaire. This allows your coach to gather the information about you that they need to create a successful program.
• TIMELINE - Once your coach has all the information they need, they will begin crafting your program. Programs are issued in 4-week blocks. However, changes will be made on a weekly basis if necessary to ensure your program is ideal for you.
• UNLIMITED CONTACT - You will have unlimited contact with your coach via text, messenger, Instagram, etc, and your coach is guaranteed to respond within 24 hours unless there are extenuating circumstances (travel, vacation, etc), or if you have contacted them outside of business hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm). If contacted outside of business hours, your coach will respond to you as soon as possible the following business day.
• GAME-DAY COACHING - Game-day coaching is included with weekly coaching provided you are competing in a meet that is relatively local to Michigan or a National Championship. If you are competing in a meet that is not relatively local to Michigan or a National Championship, your coach can discuss options with you for game day coaching

• $150/ 4 weeks

GUIDED PROGRAMMING
OVERVIEW
Our guided programming option is a more hands-off approach for those who want the same customized programming without the unlimited contact that weekly coaching provides.
WHATS INCLUDED?
• INITIAL CONTACT - Upon deciding to work with us via the guided programming option, you will be sent our coaching questionnaire. This allows your coach to gather all the information about you that they need to build your program. After this conversation, your coach will get to work creating your program.
• TIMELINE -Training cycles for guided programming are provided in 8-12 week training cycles. Contact with your coach is limited, though an email or a message if you have a question or concern is certainly fine.

• GAME DAY COACHING: The cost of game day coaching is not included with the guided programming option. If you'd like game day coaching, reach out to your coach to discuss location and rate

• SWITCHING TO WEEKLY COACHING: If you start with guided programming but wish to switch to weekly coaching as a competition gets closer, contact your coach. This can be worked out for a discounted rate with game day coaching included in the cost

GAME DAY COACHING
OVERVIEW
It’s one thing to put a good training cycle together, but attempt selection and meet day strategy can take performance to another level. If you are not a client of one of our coaches but would like game day coaching to ensure you put up the biggest total, place as high as possible, and reach your goals, we specialize in making that happen.
WHATS INCLUDED?
• EVALUATION - Gameday coaching includes a skype call to discuss training, video review of your heaviest training sets to develop a strategy, as well as full-service game day coaching.
• WHAT WE DO FOR YOU
-After discussing goals and training, we will put together game plan for competition day including planned attempts, warmups, and strategy to reach the goals most important to you.
-If your goals include placing as high as possible, we will scout your competitors and gather data to allow us to strategize as effectively as possible to get you the highest placing possible.
-On game day, warmups will be loaded and timed for you, all strategy and adjustments will be taken care of by us. All you have to focus on is making lifts.
WHAT DOES GAME DAY COACHING COST?
• Pricing will be dependend on whether the meet is local, regional, national, or international, as well as how much game planning/scouting is required going into competition. Pricing starts at $125 and may include additional costs plus travel costs if your coach was not already scheduled to be at the competition.​
